Overnight Parking

* The Borough has amended the Overnight Parking Ordinance 1108-22. Click here for the Ordinance in its entirety.

Please fill out the corresponding boxes with your contact information, should the Demarest Police Department need to contact you regarding your vehicle for any reason such as:

  • Emergency road or utility work

  • Theft, accident or damage to your vehicle

  • Any other unsafe or traffic related condition

Conditions of Overnight Parking:

  • Vehicle must be legally parked.

  • Vehicle must be removed from roadway if road is covered by snow (Demarest Borough ord. 166-26)

  •  The Demarest Police Department shall review and update the excluded street parking list annually.
